Vouchers, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges
We sponsor many events with vouchers as prizes which can be used on the website by adding the code on the voucher to the box at checkout which says 'Discount Codes' and then click the 'Apply Voucher' button. These vouchers can also be used at any of our trade stands or pop up shops.
Terms & Conditions
- Vouchers are valid for one year (12 months) from the date of issue
- Only one voucher per transaction can be used
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their value in cash and change will not be given if the full value of the voucher is not used
Orders will normally be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order and payment, delivery should be 3-5 days from dispatch. If we are out of stock of a particular item or do not hold the particular item in stock, we will try to advise you of the delay. If your item is not in stock, there may be a 2 week wait for these items.
If you are ordering custom made or pre-order items, please allow extra time for delivery of these items.
Some items on the website are shipped directly from the supplier. We try to ensure the same levels of service and delivery times on these items.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Our delivery charges are based on our courier rates and Royal Mail postage rates within the UK, which we have aimed to keep competitive and as reasonable as possible.
To obtain cost for delivery, please add the products you are interested in to our cart and delivery charges should be shown. If your delivery is to an international address (outside the UK) or you encounter any problems, please contact us to check charges.

Returns and Exchanges
We want our products to fit properly. If you need help determining a correct fit, please email us and we will try to help you check the fit.
If you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within seven days (statutory 'Cooling off Period') of your receipt of the goods. We ask that the goods be returned in an unused condition and in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging with 14 days of receipt of the goods.

On returning your item for exchange, please enclose a note with your details and new requirements and payment for return delivery. Alternatively, you can enclose a SAE but please ensure sufficient postage has been paid for. Replacement items or refunds will not be sent until the original items have been received by us. Shipping will be at the cost of the purchaser. We would strongly advise that you use a registered post as we cannot take responsibility for returned items lost in transit.
Custom harnesses cannot be returned or exchanged, so please be sure of measurements before ordering.
When returning items from discounted Starter Kits, please be aware that items can only be exchanged and not refunded, due to the advantageous prices offered for individual items in the kit.
We will exchange products purchased from us that are returned for reason of defects in manufacturing and materials within a reasonable time frame from date of purchase. Please note this does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed.
On returning your item for a refund, please enclose a note with your order details stating that you would like to receive a refund for the item. We will refund your account via the same method you used to pay. Please note we do not hold any card or bank details but this is done through the third party payment providers we use. We will only refund items returned to us in new condition within 14 days of receipt of goods, we will not refund used items unless there is manufacturing problem which has been identified and agreed upon with us prior to the product being returned.
All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item then the product cannot be exchanged or refunded. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected.
